01Who we are and how you agree
SigSig ("SigSig", "we", "us") is a software interface for trading. You can reach us at [email protected] for legal matters and [email protected] for everything else. Details of the legal entity that operates SigSig will be added to these Terms once it is established. SigSig is not licensed or supervised as an investment firm, broker, exchange, crypto-asset service provider or bank in any jurisdiction, and it does not hold user funds.
By opening the app, ticking the boxes to accept these Terms, connecting a wallet, placing an order or making a swap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SigSig.
02What SigSig is
SigSig is software. It is not a broker, an exchange, an investment firm, a custodian or a bank, and it does not act as your agent. In particular:
- You sign every order yourself, with your wallet or with a trading key that is created and stored in your own browser. The SigSig app runs on your device. Your orders go from your device to Orderly Network; they are not received, held or forwarded by SigSig's servers.
- Perpetual futures are traded on Orderly Network, an on-chain order book and settlement layer operated by third parties. Orderly runs the order book, matches orders, calculates margin and liquidations and settles trades. SigSig is never the counterparty to your trades.
- Options (short rounds on whether a price ends above or below a strike price) are also traded and settled on Orderly Network. Orderly runs their order book, determines the outcome of each round and pays it out. SigSig is never the counterparty.
- Your deposits are held in Orderly's smart contracts. SigSig does not hold, control or move your funds and cannot withdraw them on your behalf. Withdrawals always go to your wallet.
- Spot swaps are quoted and routed by a third-party provider (currently Relay) and executed on-chain from your own wallet. You review and sign every swap transaction in your wallet.
- The fees SigSig charges are fees for the use of the software. No agency, brokerage, advisory or fiduciary relationship arises between you and SigSig.
- Because your funds sit in Orderly's contracts, you can close positions and withdraw without SigSig, through Orderly's offboarding page at offboarding.orderly.network (see Emergency exit).
03Who may use SigSig
SigSig is an international platform. You may only use SigSig, including perpetual futures, options and spot swaps, if all of the following is true:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement;
- you are not resident in and not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. These include the member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates and sanctioned countries and regions. The full list is below;
- you are not a person on a sanctions list and do not act for, or on behalf of, such a person;
- you use SigSig for yourself and not for third parties;
- using SigSig is legal where you live, and the funds you use come from lawful sources.
You confirm these points when you open the app and when you create your account. If they stop being true, you must stop using SigSig. You must not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to get around these restrictions. We may block access from certain countries or regions, ask you to confirm again where you live, and refuse or end access where we believe these conditions are not met.
Restricted Jurisdictions
SigSig is not available to persons who are resident in, located in or incorporated in any of the following jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdictions"). This applies to perpetual futures, options and spot swaps alike.
- the member states of the European Union and of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway);
- the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey;
- the United States of America and its territories;
- Canada;
- the United Arab Emirates;
- Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine;
- any other country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States.
We may add jurisdictions at any time. If you lose access, your funds remain in Orderly's contracts and can be withdrawn through offboarding.orderly.network.
Invite phase
While SigSig is invite-only, access requires an invite code. Invite codes are personal; do not sell or publish them. We may limit the number of devices per code and revoke codes. Features in the invite phase can be incomplete and change often.
04Your wallet and your account
You connect to SigSig with your own wallet, or sign in with email, Google or X, in which case our sign-in provider Privy creates a wallet for you. Your wallet is your account; there is no separate password with us.
- You alone are responsible for your wallet, its private key or seed phrase, your email or social account and your devices. Anyone who controls them controls your account.
- We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. We cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions or restore access to a wallet.
- Each wallet is its own account on Orderly. A Solana wallet and an EVM wallet are two separate accounts, also when they come from the same sign-in. Sub-accounts are separate accounts with their own margin.
- Enable trading creates a trading key in your browser that can place orders but cannot withdraw, valid for up to 365 days. Linking a phone by QR code gives that phone the same trading access. API keys you create give programs the access you choose. Keep all of them safe and revoke them when you no longer need them; orders placed with them are your orders.
- If you sign in with email or social login, you can export your wallet key. Store it securely.
- Check the network, asset and address before every deposit, withdrawal or swap. Funds sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address or below the minimum may be lost.
05Risk Disclosure
Trading on SigSig involves a high level of risk. Read this section before you trade. It does not list every risk, and it does not replace your own judgement or independent advice. If you do not understand these risks, do not trade. You make every trading decision yourself and you are responsible for it.
5.1Perpetual futures are leveraged derivatives
- A perpetual future is a contract that tracks the price of an underlying asset without an expiry date. You never own the underlying asset.
- With leverage, a small price move against your position causes a large loss in relation to your margin. At 10x leverage, a 10 % move against you can wipe out the entire margin of the position.
- You can lose all the margin you use. In cross margin, your whole account balance backs all your cross positions and can be lost. In isolated margin, the loss of a position is limited to the margin assigned to it, but that margin can be lost in full.
- Perpetual futures are complex and not suitable for everyone. Only trade with money you can afford to lose completely.
5.2Liquidation and how the venue works
- Orders are matched, margined and settled by Orderly Network, not by SigSig. Orderly liquidates positions automatically when the margin falls below the maintenance requirement. Liquidation can happen quickly, without warning and at a price far from your entry.
- The estimated liquidation price shown in the app is an estimate. The actual liquidation depends on the mark price, your other positions, funding, fees and Orderly's rules at that moment.
- Liquidation can carry additional fees, and liquidated positions can be taken over, reduced or closed under Orderly's rules, which can change.
- The mark price used for PnL and liquidation comes from price feeds and index calculations operated by Orderly and its data providers. Errors or delays in these feeds can cause losses or liquidations.
- Funding payments are exchanged between long and short traders at regular intervals. Depending on the market and your side, you pay funding, which reduces your result even if the price does not move.
5.3Orders and execution
- Market orders and stop orders can be filled at a worse price than expected (slippage), especially in fast or thin markets.
- Limit, stop-loss, take-profit, trigger and trailing orders can be filled partially, late or not at all. A stop-loss does not guarantee that your loss is limited to the stop price.
- Prices can gap. Orders are not filled at prices the market skips.
- Orders can be rejected or cancelled by Orderly, for example because of price limits, margin checks or maintenance, and markets can be paused, changed or delisted.
5.4Markets that track stocks, indices, commodities and currencies
- Some perpetual futures track stocks, stock indices, metals, energy or currencies. They do not give you any rights in the underlying asset (no ownership, no voting rights, no dividends).
- Their reference markets have trading hours, holidays and closures. Outside those hours, prices can move little or stay stale and then jump when the reference market reopens. Liquidity can be lower than in crypto markets.
- Names of companies, indices or commodities are used only to describe the reference price. SigSig is not connected with, endorsed by or sponsored by those companies.
5.5Collateral, stablecoins and conversion
- Your account is settled in USDC. Other accepted assets count at a reduced collateral value, and that value can change.
- If your USDC balance becomes negative, Orderly can convert other assets into USDC automatically, at the market price at that time and with a conversion fee, under its own rules.
- Stablecoins such as USDC and USDT can lose their peg to the US dollar. A depeg can reduce the value of your collateral and trigger liquidations.
5.6Technology, smart contracts and third parties
- Your deposits are held in Orderly's smart contracts on public blockchains. Smart contracts, blockchains, bridges, cross-chain messaging, price feeds and wallets can contain errors, be attacked, be paused or become unavailable. Funds can be lost as a result, and there may be no way to recover them.
- SigSig depends on third parties it does not control, including Orderly Network, blockchain networks and their validators, the swap provider Relay, Privy, WalletConnect / Reown, data providers and hosting providers.
- Blockchain transactions are final. They cannot be reversed by SigSig or anyone else.
- Network congestion and high gas fees can delay deposits, withdrawals and swaps.
5.7Your wallet, your keys and your devices
- SigSig is non-custodial. You alone control your wallet. If you lose your seed phrase or private key, or if someone else gains access to it, your funds can be lost permanently. SigSig cannot recover keys or move funds.
- If you sign in with email, Google or X, the wallet is created and secured by Privy. Access depends on your login account and on Privy's service. Export and back up your key if you want to be independent of it.
- Enable trading creates a trading key in your browser, valid for up to 365 days. Anyone who controls your browser or device can place orders with it (but cannot withdraw). Use only devices you trust and log out on shared devices.
- Linking a phone by QR code gives that phone trading access to your account (without withdrawals). Only scan codes you created yourself.
- Phishing is common. SigSig never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Use only the official addresses listed in the docs.
5.8Tools and features
- Risk Mode, Zero Emotions Mode, break-even stops, Chase Limit, Urgent Entry, hotkeys, Flash close and Reverse are aids. They do not limit your losses beyond what the orders themselves do and do not guarantee any result.
- Some features act immediately, without a confirmation step (for example hotkeys, Urgent Entry and Flash close). A mistaken key press or click can open, close or reverse positions.
- Chase Limit runs in your browser. If you close the tab, your computer sleeps or the connection drops, the order stays on the book at its last price but no longer follows the market.
- Figures shown in the app, such as estimated liquidation price, fees, Risk Mode sizes, VIP levels and points projections, are calculations and can differ from the final result.
- Position cards, PnL cards, the leaderboard and the Trollbox show other people's results and opinions. They are not advice and not a reliable indicator of future results. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
5.9Spot swaps
- Spot swaps exchange one token for another, possibly across networks, through the third-party provider Relay. The amount you receive can differ from the quote because of price movements, slippage limits and network fees.
- Tokens can lose value quickly and entirely. Some tokens can be illiquid, copied, manipulated or fraudulent. A token being available for swapping is not an endorsement.
- Cross-chain swaps depend on bridges and relayers, which add technical risk and delay.
5.10Options
- Options are binary: when a round ends, each share of the winning side pays 1 USDC, each share of the losing side pays nothing, and a tie pays 0.50 USDC per share. You can lose everything you put into a round, often within minutes.
- Rounds are short and prices change quickly. Products like these are restricted or banned for retail clients in several countries, which is one reason they are not available in the Restricted Jurisdictions. They are not suitable for everyone.
- The outcome is determined by Orderly Network from its index price at the start and at the end of the round. Errors or delays in that price, in the outcome or in the payout are outside SigSig's control. The outcome Orderly settles is final.
- Liquidity can be thin. You may not be able to sell your shares before the end of a round, or only at a price far from what you expect.
- Fees are charged on every fill and can be a large part of a small stake. Results, sounds and messages shown in the app before the payout are estimates.
5.11Legal, regulatory and tax risk
- SigSig is a software interface. It is not licensed or supervised as an investment firm, broker, crypto-asset service provider or bank in any jurisdiction. You do not have the protections that apply to regulated firms, such as deposit guarantees, investor compensation schemes, negative balance protection under EU rules, or an ombudsman.
- Laws on derivatives and crypto assets differ by country and change frequently. SigSig is not available in the jurisdictions listed on the Restricted Jurisdictions page, and access may be restricted or ended in further countries without notice. You are responsible for making sure that using SigSig is legal where you live.
- Regulatory action against SigSig, Orderly or other providers could make the interface or certain markets unavailable. Your funds remain in Orderly's contracts and can be withdrawn through Orderly's offboarding page (offboarding.orderly.network).
- You are responsible for any taxes on your trading.
5.12Programmes
- VIP levels, Sig² Points, referral and partner programmes can change, pause or end at any time. Sig² Points have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or sold and do not entitle you to any token, payment or other asset.
- Do not trade more, or with more leverage, to reach a VIP level or to earn points.
06Orders, tools and automation
- Some features act immediately and without a confirmation step, including hotkeys, Urgent Entry, Flash close and Reverse. You can turn on order confirmation for regular orders in the settings. Orders placed through these features are your orders.
- Chase Limit runs in your browser tab and stops following the market when the tab is closed or offline. Risk Mode, break-even stops and other tools calculate sizes and prices for you; check them before you trade.
- Estimates shown in the app (liquidation price, fees, sizes, points projections) can differ from the final result.
- If you use the API or other automated means to trade, you are responsible for your programs and must respect rate limits and these Terms.
07Fees and refunds
- Futures: SigSig charges a software fee on every filled futures order, in addition to Orderly's fees. Your maker and taker rates depend on your VIP level and are shown in the app before you trade and in the docs.
- Options: a fee on every filled options order, which depends on the price, is shown in the app before you trade and in the docs. The payout at the end of a round is free.
- Spot swaps: a software fee of currently 0.875% of the swap value is included in the quote you see before you confirm, together with the provider's and network costs.
- Funding payments are exchanged between traders. Blockchains charge network fees. Orderly may charge withdrawal, liquidation and conversion fees.
- We may change our fees. New fees apply to orders placed after the change is shown in the app.
- No refunds. Fees, funding payments, network fees and the result of executed orders and confirmed transactions are final and are not refunded, including when an order was placed by mistake, by a hotkey or through a one-click feature.
08VIP levels
- Your VIP level sets your futures trading fees; it does not change the options fee. It is calculated automatically from your 30-day futures volume (which includes your options volume as reported by Orderly), your 30-day spot volume or your balance on SigSig, as described in the app and the docs. Balances are checked at random times; the lower value counts.
- Levels are updated daily. If your activity drops below your level, you keep it for 7 days.
- VIP Match / upgrade: if you hold a VIP level elsewhere, you can ask us for a matching level. We decide at our discretion, may ask for proof and may limit the upgrade in time.
- We may grant individual levels or fee arrangements, for example to partners or in campaigns. We may change levels, thresholds and fees, and we may exclude or downgrade accounts that inflate volume or balances artificially.
09Sig² Points
This section applies to the Sig² Points programme ("Points").
9.1What Points are
- Points are a loyalty feature that recognises activity on SigSig.
- Points have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged for money or assets, or used as payment.
- Points do not entitle you to any token, airdrop, payment, share of revenue, profit, equity or other asset or right, now or in the future. We make no promise about any future use of Points.
- Points are linked to your SigSig account (your Orderly account on SigSig). Each wallet is its own account. Points cannot be moved between accounts.
9.2Programme periods
- The programme starts with a beta phase for invited users, counted from 28 September 2026. We decide when the beta ends.
- After the beta, the programme runs for 12 weeks. A week runs from Friday 00:00 UTC to the next Friday 00:00 UTC.
- We may extend, shorten, pause or end the programme, or start a new period, at any time. We will announce changes in the app or the docs.
9.3How Points are earned
- Each week, a fixed number of Points (currently 1,000,000) is shared among all eligible traders in proportion to their activity score for that week. The more others trade, the smaller each share.
- Your activity score is based on:
- your trading volume in perpetual futures and options on SigSig (orders that add liquidity count more than orders that take it; options volume is weighted);
- your realized profit on profitable days (losses do not reduce your score);
- the activity of traders you invited (direct invitees and their invitees), added on top of their own Points;
- a community factor for traders who joined with a referral code.
- We may apply caps per person, minimum thresholds and weightings that we do not publish in detail, to keep the programme fair.
- Points for a week are credited on the following Friday. During the beta, the app shows a projection; beta Points are credited when the beta ends.
- At the end of the programme, an additional pool (currently 10 % of all weekly Points) is shared among traders who stayed active over the weeks. Being active means at least 500 USDC of volume in a week, in at least half of the weeks since you started. Earlier participation counts more.
- During the beta, part of the beta pool (currently 250,000 Points) can be awarded by the SigSig team for feedback and help, for example bug reports, suggestions or tests. These awards are at our discretion.
9.4Who is not eligible
- Persons who may not use SigSig under section 3, including persons resident in or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
- Accounts of the SigSig team, its contractors and market makers.
- Activity that breaks section 9.5.
9.5Abuse
The following do not earn Points and can lead to Points being reduced or removed:
- trading between your own accounts, wash trading, or trades arranged with others;
- using multiple accounts to collect more Points, or inviting yourself;
- bots or scripts designed to farm Points;
- very short-lived positions or other activity without economic purpose;
- exploiting errors in the calculation.
We review activity before Points are credited and before the programme ends. We may reduce or remove Points, exclude accounts from the programme and share removed Points among other participants. If you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected] within 30 days of the credit, with your wallet address. We will review it and tell you the result.
9.6Changes and errors
- We may change the rules, the size of the pools, the weightings and the schedule at any time. Changes apply from the week after they are announced, unless they are needed to stop abuse or to correct an error.
- If Points are credited by mistake, we may correct them.
- Rankings, projections and counters in the app are for information and can change until Points are credited.
9.7Taxes and responsibility
Points have no value, but you are responsible for any tax treatment that may apply to you. Do not trade more, or with more leverage, to earn Points. Trading perpetual futures and options carries a high risk of loss (see section 5).
10Referrals and affiliates
This section applies when you refer traders to SigSig with a referral code or link, and when you join SigSig through someone else's code.
10.1An open, automated programme
- Anyone who may use SigSig and meets the requirements shown in the app (currently 10,000 USDC of trading volume) can create a referral code under Rewards › Affiliate. The programme is automated and works with your wallet address; we do not select, instruct or supervise affiliates.
- Traders who connect through your code or link and trade on SigSig become your referees.
- You earn a commission: a share of the fees that SigSig receives from your referees' filled futures and options orders, calculated on SigSig's net fee after the fees of Orderly Network. The current rates are shown in the app.
- You can pass part of your commission to your referees as a fee rebate, within the limits shown in the app.
- If your referees create their own codes, they become sub-affiliates, and you may earn a share of their commission as shown in the app. Commission only ever comes from real trading fees; nobody pays to join or to move up.
- Commissions and rebates are calculated and paid by Orderly Network's affiliate system, usually daily in USDC to your Orderly account on SigSig. Figures in the dashboard can be updated with a delay.
10.2Your responsibility as an affiliate
You decide yourself whether, where and how you promote SigSig, and you alone are responsible for your promotion and for complying with the laws that apply to you and to your audience. In particular you must:
- not promote SigSig to people in Restricted Jurisdictions, including the EU and EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates, and not target campaigns, ads, languages or communities at those markets;
- not suggest or help anyone to use a VPN or other means to get around SigSig's restrictions;
- clearly disclose that you earn a commission when you share your code or link (for example "ad" or "affiliate link"), as required where your audience is;
- not promise profits or describe trading as safe, low-risk or guaranteed, and mention that trading perpetual futures or options can lead to the loss of all funds used;
- not give investment advice on SigSig's behalf, and not present yourself as SigSig, its staff or an official partner;
- not use SigSig's name or logo in domains, ads, app stores or social accounts in a way that could confuse people;
- not bid on SigSig's brand in search ads, send spam or use fake reviews, bots or incentivised sign-ups.
SigSig is not responsible for the content or the reach of any affiliate's promotion.
10.3Joining through a code
- Your account is linked to the code you join with. Once set, you cannot change the link yourself.
- A code may give you a fee rebate. You do not pay anything for using a code.
- If you join with a partner code, you may also receive a bonus on Sig² Points, as described in section 9.
10.4Eligibility
- You must be allowed to use SigSig under section 3.
- You may not refer yourself, your own other accounts or accounts you control.
10.5Rates, partner agreements and changes
- We may change rates, levels, requirements and the structure of the programme at any time. Changes are shown in the app and apply to fees from orders placed after the change.
- Partners with whom we have a separate written agreement may receive individual rates or other compensation under that agreement. Such agreements take precedence for that partner.
- We may pause or end the programme, or end your participation, at any time. Commissions already paid out remain yours unless section 10.6 applies.
10.6Abuse and withheld commissions
We may withhold, cancel or reclaim commissions and rebates, close your code or end your participation if we believe that:
- you broke these Terms;
- commissions come from self-referral, wash trading, trades arranged between accounts or other activity without economic purpose;
- referees were obtained through misleading promotion, spam or promotion in Restricted Jurisdictions.
If you disagree, write to [email protected] within 30 days.
10.7Data and dashboards
- In the dashboards you see statistics about your referral network, such as volume, commission, number of referees and, where Orderly provides it, referee wallet addresses and their volume. Use this data only for your participation in the programme. Do not contact, publish or sell it.
- SigSig's partner dashboard shows deposits and withdrawals of your network only as totals, never per person.
- Details are in the Privacy Policy.
10.8Taxes
You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your commissions and rebates.
11Trollbox
The Trollbox is SigSig's live chat for traders. This section applies to everything you post there.
11.1Who can take part
- To read and write, you need a connected wallet, trading enabled on SigSig and a username.
- Usernames are unique. Names that could pass as SigSig, its team or administrators (for example admin, sigsig, team, dev, support, mod) are reserved. Do not use a name that impersonates another person or brand.
- The chat is public for everyone signed in. Your username, a shortened wallet address and, if you choose, your VIP badge are shown with every message.
11.2What you can post
- Text up to 280 characters, emojis and GIFs from the built-in GIF search.
- Your own open positions as position cards. The figures come directly from Orderly at the moment you post; "Verified" means only that. A card is not a recommendation.
- Bug reports and feedback in the Report a bug room.
- No links, photos or files. Only the SigSig team can post links.
11.3What is not allowed
- Scams and phishing: fake support, fake airdrops or giveaways, requests for seed phrases, private keys or signatures, "send me funds" offers.
- Impersonation of the SigSig team, administrators, other users, companies or public figures.
- Market abuse: calls to pump or dump an asset, spreading false or misleading information to move prices, coordinating wash trading or manipulation.
- Paid promotion without disclosure, advertising, referral or affiliate links and codes, and spam (repeated or near-identical messages, flooding).
- Illegal content, including content that infringes others' rights, and content that sexualises minors.
- Harassment and hate: threats, insults, doxxing (sharing someone's personal data), discrimination or incitement to violence.
- Sharing other people's private information without their consent.
- Trying to get around a mute, a slow mode, a reserved name or these rules.
11.4No advice
Messages and position cards reflect the views and results of the people who post them, not those of SigSig. Nothing in the Trollbox is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Do not rely on anything posted there when you trade. Past results are not a reliable indicator of future results.
11.5Badges
Badges are labels. Only the Team badge marks official SigSig staff. OG marks early community members, VIP shows a trading fee level. No badge is an endorsement or a guarantee.
11.6Moderation
- Administrators may delete messages, mute users, set a slow mode or pause the chat, without prior notice, to enforce these guidelines or the law or to protect users.
- We may also suspend access to the Trollbox for accounts that repeatedly or seriously break these guidelines.
- If your message was removed or you were muted and you want to know why, or you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected] with your username. We will give you a short reason and review the decision.
- Moderation decisions are recorded for 90 days.
11.7Reporting
If you see a scam, impersonation or illegal content in the Trollbox, write to [email protected] with the room, the username and the time of the message (a screenshot helps) and why you are reporting it. You can also tag @admin in the chat. We review reports promptly.
11.8Data
Messages are deleted automatically after 7 days. Details on how we handle chat data are in the Privacy Policy.
12Acceptable use
When you use SigSig, you must not:
- manipulate markets, wash trade, spoof orders or coordinate with others to do so;
- exploit bugs, pricing errors or vulnerabilities, or test the security of SigSig without our written permission (please report security issues to [email protected]);
- overload, scrape or interfere with the website, the app or our servers, or access them through unauthorised automated means;
- use SigSig for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or any other illegal purpose;
- impersonate SigSig, copy the SigSig name, logo or design for another service, or register confusingly similar domains or accounts.
13Third-party services
SigSig relies on services we do not control, including Orderly Network, blockchains, bridges and RPC providers, the swap provider Relay, your wallet, Privy, WalletConnect / Reown, TradingView and KLIPY. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their availability, security or actions, including smart-contract failures, price-feed errors, delistings or changes they make.
14No advice
SigSig provides software, not advice. Nothing on the website, in the app, in the docs, in the Trollbox or on our social channels is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Prices and figures shown for illustration may be delayed or out of date. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes on your trading.
15Availability and changes to the service
SigSig is provided without any promise that it will be available at all times, free of errors or compatible with every device. We may change, add or remove features, markets or networks, run maintenance, or suspend the interface at any time, for example for security reasons. Markets are listed and operated by Orderly and may change or close. If SigSig is unavailable, your funds stay in Orderly's contracts and can be reached through Orderly directly.
16Intellectual property, trademarks and feedback
The SigSig name, logo, design, texts and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the website, the app and the docs for their intended purpose; any other use needs our written permission. The charting library is provided by TradingView, GIFs by KLIPY, each under their own terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you. SigSig and the SigSig logo are used by SigSig as trademarks. Other names and logos belong to their owners; their use describes reference markets and does not imply any connection.
17No warranty and no liability
SigSig is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigSig accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any kind, including loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity, and including indirect or consequential loss, arising from or in connection with your use of SigSig, in particular from trading, market movements, liquidations, the failure, delay or execution of orders, smart contracts, blockchains, third-party services, the loss or misuse of your keys, or the unavailability of SigSig. You use SigSig at your own risk.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify SigSig against claims, losses and costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or of the law.
18Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end your access to the interface or to individual features at any time, in particular if you breach these Terms, if required by law or if your use puts SigSig or other users at risk. Because we never hold your funds, ending access to SigSig does not affect your balance on Orderly; you can still withdraw through Orderly. You can stop using SigSig at any time.
19Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue. By continuing to use SigSig after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
20Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including their existence and validity, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any such dispute will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules in force at the time, by one arbitrator, with the seat of arbitration in Singapore and English as the language of the arbitration. If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms are written in English; translations are for convenience and the English version prevails.
